For over 20 years, the Alexander-Technik-Schule Berlin has been a place for personal growth and physical well-being. Our school is located in a beautiful loft space within the Center for Yoga, Stimme & Bewegung at Paul-Lincke-Ufer in Berlin-Kreuzberg. Here, you can discover and deepen your understanding of the Alexander Technique – whether in private lessons, group courses, workshops, or our training program to become an Alexander Technique teacher.
